1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and jjwib ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://jjwib.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Service").

jjwib is an online betting and gaming platform that offers sports wagering, live casino games, slots and related entertainment services. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 years and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. By accessing the Service from any device or location — including from cities across Pakistan such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a Wager or otherwise accessing the Service in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Service following the publication of any amendment to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on jjwib, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction;
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• You are not accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with this Platform or any affiliated operator;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended or terminated by jjwib for breach of these Terms.

5 Account Registration & KYC

5.1 Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on jjwib. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date and must notify jjwib promptly of any changes.

5.2 KYC Verification

jjwib reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or where unusual Account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jjwib will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify jjwib immediately at support@jjwib.cam if you suspect any unauthorised access.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts, available payment methods and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Payment method availability for Pakistani users — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency — is subject to the current cashier configuration. References to these payment service names are for general informational context only and do not imply that any of these providers endorses, affiliates with or supports gambling transactions on jjwib.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. jjwib reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally feasible. Processing windows vary depending on the payment method and may be affected by banking hours, public holidays and KYC status.

6.3 Currency

The Platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) denominations where applicable. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fee will be disclosed to you at the time of the transaction.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on jjwib are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. jjwib reserves the right to delay, withhold or reverse any transaction that triggers AML alert protocols, pending investigation. Users must not use the Platform to transfer or launder funds obtained through unlawful means.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A Wager is deemed accepted only upon receipt of a confirmed bet reference number displayed in your Account. jjwib reserves the right to refuse any Wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

7.2 Odds

Odds are presented in decimal format by default. Prices are subject to change up to the moment of acceptance. Where a manifest pricing error occurs, jjwib reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the User's Account.

7.3 Void Bets

jjwib reserves the right to void any Wager in the event of: incorrect odds resulting from a system error; a market being offered in error; an event being cancelled or abandoned; or where the Platform reasonably determines that a Wager was placed in breach of these Terms.

7.4 Cricket, PSL & Live Betting

Specific rules apply to cricket markets, including PSL and ICC tournament fixtures, and to in-play (live) betting. These rules govern how bets are settled in the event of interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications, super overs and other match-specific scenarios. 8 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions offered by jjwib, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and any other promotional incentives, are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonus offers carry an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Eligibility: Promotions may be restricted to new users, specific geographic locations or specific payment methods. Always check eligibility before opting in.
• Abuse: jjwib reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably believes a User is engaging in promotional abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors or wagering in a manner designed to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Illustrative Figures: All bonus amounts cited elsewhere on this site (e.g., "PKR 25,000 Welcome Offer") are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as live operator-verified promotions.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjwib. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, whether in your own name, under a pseudonym or through a third party;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC process;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence to place Wagers or interact with the Service;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to affect the outcome of any game or sports market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors rather than reporting them to jjwib promptly;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or corrupt conduct;
• Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering;
• Accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing jjwib staff or other users through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjwib website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software code, user interface design and data compilations — is the property of jjwib or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the Service without the prior written consent of jjwib.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjwib and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. jjwib makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical interruptions and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

jjwib reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity;
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request;
• Concerns regarding problem gambling or player protection where jjwib determines that continued play would not be in the User's best interests.

Where an Account is closed in the absence of any breach, any eligible real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus funds do not constitute real-money entitlements.

13 Responsible Gambling

jjwib is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Service is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 18 and above (or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction). Gambling should never be treated as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses or a substitute for professional financial advice.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net losses you can incur within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a User-defined duration of continuous play;

• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at the User's request.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by jjwib is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

jjwib collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations including KYC and AML requirements. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwib holds its operational licence, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits jjwib's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16 Amendments

jjwib reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, jjwib will endeavour to notify registered users by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect upon their publication at https://jjwib.cam/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and, if you wish to close your Account, contact our support team.
